3. Voluntary return policy
In addition to the statutory provisions, we grant free returns of goods free of charge. Right of withdrawalIn addition to the 14-day return policy, we offer a voluntary return policy of a further 16 days. This means you can return goods purchased from us within a total of 30 days of receipt.
For certain items, we offer a voluntary 76-day return policy, allowing you to return these items to us within a total of 90 days of receipt. Further details can be found on the respective product detail page.
The prerequisite is that the goods were only worn/tried on for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functionality – as in a retail store – and are returned complete, in their original condition and undamaged. Statutory rights and claims, e.g., warranty rights, remain unaffected.

5. Warranty
The statutory provisions apply to the warranty. The limitation period for statutory warranty claims is two years and begins on the date of delivery, i.e., receipt of the goods by the buyer.

7. Formation of the contract
The contract only becomes effective upon acceptance by Lidl Digital Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. This occurs at the earlier of the two dates, either by dispatching the goods or by sending a shipping confirmation via email.

9. Total price of goods/flat-rate shipping costs
The prices quoted are final consumer prices including statutory VAT. The additional shipping fee is shown in the order summary and in the item description.
10. Technical steps of the ordering process
  • Adding the desired items to the shopping cart
  • Start the ordering process via the "Checkout" link in the shopping cart.
  • Log in with known user data (in case of a previous login) or create a new user account. If the user is already logged in, the next order step "Delivery" will appear immediately.
  • Order step "Delivery": Specifying the delivery address, including the possible creation of an alternative delivery address.
  • The next step involves selecting a payment method and, if necessary, entering the required data.
  • In the final step before placing your order, you will receive an overview of all the information required for the order. Furthermore, you must accept or acknowledge the General Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the legally required information. You can change your personal data (delivery address and payment method) one last time here. Clicking "Place order" will finalize your order. You will receive immediate confirmation of your order via email.
11. Opportunity for error correction
You can correct the entered data at any time during the ordering process. Please check the data again before finalizing your order.
If an order is to be cancelled during the ordering process, simply closing the browser window, leaving the page or clicking on another section within the shop is sufficient.
